Vermont authorizes town Development Review Boards (DRBs) under 24 V.S.A. § 4460 and the Town Zoning Bylaw (section 303) establishes one for Danville with the duties to administer the bylaw, including hearing and acting upon: appeals; waivers/variances; conditional use applications; site plan reviews; easements; and subdivisions.
The DRB meets in the Town Hall at 5:30pm on the first and/or third Wednesday of any month, as warranted. Note that there are frequently periods with no actions to consider and therefore no meetings – check for hearing notices.
