Vermont authorizes Conservation Commissions under 24 V.S.A Chapter 118 and Danville has established one; statute governs membership and rules with powers and duties in accordance with 24 V.S.A. § 4505 – generally related to inventories, studies, planning, and recommendations for local natural resources.
The Conservation Commission meets in the Town Hall at 7:00pm on the first Monday of every month.
