7:00pm Service and Hymn Sing with the historical speaker Toby Balivet ~ “Chicanery, Confusion and Complications: The Hidden Origins of the Settlement of Danville”

The Danville Board of Civil Authority will meet on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at
6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall for the purpose of:
1. Approve the minutes from the 2/12/24 meeting.
2. Appoint a Presiding Officer for August Primary
3. Appoint an Alternate Presiding Officer for August Primary.
3. Appoint Justices of the Peace for Delivery of Ballots.
4. Designate the polling place for August Primary.
5. Appoint alternate election workers.
6. Discuss any other business that comes before the meeting.

Join us on August 3rd at 9:00am for the Danville Bear Crawl 5K Fun Run before the Annual Danville Fair! This years 5K Fun Run benefits the Danville VT Dog Park Committee, woof!
This is a family-friendly fun run/walk is to raise money for the Danville VT Dog Park Committee! Prizes will be awarded to winners in each age group. Please leave the dogs at home for this race! The fair only allows service animals due to insurance restraints. This is not a timed race. All ages are welcome to walk/run/ride in stroller during the 5K.
The race will begin at the Danville green, go down Peacham Road, go West on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail to the turn around point, back East to Brainerd Road and North on Brainerd back to the Danville Green for the finish.
The price is $20. Age 13 and under are free. You can register online until July 31st, after that you must register the morning of the event.
